Coverage against gutters clogging and overflowing because leaves or small branches get inside the gutter or downspout under normal conditions. The performance warranty includes pine-covered areas.
Joints, corners and overlaps must stay sealed to specification. Debris resting on top may still need occasional clearing.
Coverage against warping of the integrated guard-and-fastening system when it is installed to specification. Continuous support helps reinforce the gutter along its length.
This coverage applies to the guard-and-fastening product, not the gutter itself. Correct fascia fastening, specified screws and spacing are required.
Coverage against manufacturing defects in the product under normal conditions, when installed to specification.
For a validated manufacturing defect, the warranty provider may repair, replace or refund the affected product. Replacement materials are covered; replacement installation labor is not included in this remedy.
The limited product warranty allows a one-time transfer with the property where the system was originally installed. A transfer does not restart or extend the original warranty. Contact us when the home changes hands.
A claim must be reported and validated before a remedy is authorized. For a covered manufacturing defect, the warranty provider may repair or replace the product or refund its purchase price; replacement installation labor is excluded. For a validated covered performance failure, reasonable labor to clear the resulting gutter or downspout obstruction is covered, with product repair or replacement if required under the same limitations. Total obligations are capped at the purchase price of the affected original product; unusual-condition blockages are excluded.
The product warranty excludes the gutter itself, faulty installation, accidental damage, hurricanes and other specified severe-weather events, structural movement, misuse, unauthorized alterations or repairs, harmful chemicals, incompatible-material corrosion and normal appearance changes. It is not whole-home water-damage insurance.
Occasional clearing of debris resting on top may be needed, especially beneath sheltered roof areas where wind cannot lift it away. Follow the care instructions and keep joints, corners and overlaps sealed to specification. Arrange safe professional access rather than climbing onto the roof.
Contact Clean Gutter Protection with your job or invoice number, property address, installation date, the date you noticed the concern, a description and any photos taken safely from the ground. Submit the claim in writing within the warranty period and a reasonable time after discovery. We can help you assemble the information for review. Obtain prior written authorization from the warranty provider before any repair work; unauthorized repairs can void coverage.
All new installations must be registered online to activate the warranty.

No. If your system was installed under an earlier agreement, your original agreement and warranty stay in place. The current product warranty does not shorten, replace or expand those terms. Online registration is required for new installations.
